Non può esserci vita senza movimento. Come nella danza, la vita segue lo spirito con movimenti costanti, a volte metafisici. La danza, quindi, è il respiro della vita, è il modo in cui l'umanità manifesta la libertà, il pensiero, i sentimenti e le emozioni. Fotografare la danza è stato un atto di amore verso la vita. Negli scatti elaborati ho volutamente eliminato ogni elemento di disturbo ed ogni contesto esteno per concentrare l'attenzione unicamente sul movimento del corpo. Sono elaborazioni senza tempo e senza uno spazio apparente, una dimensione che unisce idealmente antiche e moderne danzatrici nello spirito indomito della passione.
Project statement
There can be no life without movement. As in dance, life follows the spirit with constant, sometimes metaphysical, movements. Dance, therefore, is the breath of life, the way humanity manifests freedom, thought, feelings, and emotions. Photographing dance was an act of love for life. In the resulting shots, I deliberately eliminated all distractions and external context to focus solely on the movement of the body. These are timeless creations without apparent space, a dimension that ideally unites ancient and modern dancers in the indomitable spirit of passion.
