GENESIS
Genesis explores the emergence of Existence through matter.
Before form, there is no distinction: matter exists as possibility, without structure or direction. From this undifferentiated condition, something begins to emerge. Matter differentiates, organizes and transforms, progressively acquiring form and becoming capable of expressing increasingly complex manifestations of Existence.
The passage is not conceived as a linear account of biological evolution, but as a reflection on transformation. Form gives rise to structure; structure becomes capable of life; life develops from vegetal manifestations toward increasingly complex organic forms. Through these successive states, matter does not cease to be what it was: it carries within each new configuration the traces of the processes that preceded it.
Genesis culminates in Ordo: not a return to the original condition, but the emergence of a new order. Chaos has not disappeared; it has been transformed. What began as undifferentiated possibility has become a structured manifestation of Existence.
The project therefore considers matter not as a passive substance, but as a field of possibility through which Existence continually takes form, transforms itself and reveals new conditions of being.
