How many times have we felt a sense of anxiety, impotence, inadequacy, embarrassment, worry or discouragement because we are unable to adapt to a situation, to the decisions of others, to a disappointment, because we do not feel up to a task or to the expectations of someone. We generally feel hurt in our sensitivity. An emotional discomfort that often leads to frustrations, bitterness, regrets and a sense of impotence for everything that we believe is irretrievably lost.
With deep sadness we silently withdraw into ourselves. Words are difficult to pronounce and useless for explaining one's state of mind.
