Ritratti di Ordinaria Follia è un progetto fotografico che esplora l'universo complesso e multiforme del mondo femminile, indagando le sue contraddizioni, le sue vulnerabilità e le sue forze nascoste. Le donne qui rappresentate non sono figure lineari o prevedibili, ma esseri in continua ricerca: alla costante ricerca di sé stesse, di conferme, ma anche esploratrici delle proprie insicurezze, dei propri limiti e delle proprie potenzialità.

In un mondo che spesso pretende di etichettare e definire, queste donne si pongono come protagoniste di una realtà in bilico, in un fragile equilibrio tra logica e follia. Ogni ritratto è una testimonianza di un'esperienza vissuta tra opposti: la forza e la debolezza, la certezza e il dubbio, l'istinto e la ragione. Attraverso il linguaggio visivo della fotografia, il progetto intende rappresentare queste sfumature, mostrando la lotta quotidiana, la bellezza imperfetta e la complessità dell’essere donna.

Le immagini non sono pensate come semplici ritratti, ma come finestre attraverso cui possiamo osservare il caos che coesiste con l’ordine, la luce che sfiora l'ombra e il sorriso che nasconde una fragilità. Project Statement

Portraits of Ordinary Madness is a photographic project that delves into the complex and multifaceted world of the feminine experience, exploring its contradictions, vulnerabilities, and hidden strengths. The women portrayed here are not linear or predictable figures, but beings in constant search: continuously seeking themselves, seeking validation, but also exploring their insecurities, limits, and potential.

In a world that often demands labeling and defining, these women stand as protagonists in a reality teetering on the edge, in a delicate balance between logic and madness. Each portrait is a testament to an experience lived between opposites: strength and weakness, certainty and doubt, instinct and reason. Through the visual language of photography, the project aims to represent these nuances, showcasing the daily struggle, the imperfect beauty, and the complexity of being a woman.

The images are not intended as simple portraits, but as windows through which we can observe the chaos that coexists with order, the light that brushes against the shadow, and the smile that hides fragility.
